Whilst most express deliveries are received in 5~7business days, please allow up to 15 business days, depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

We take extra care in verifying every order we receive. This process is one that we strive to accomplish within the timeframe for your order to ship out or be sent over to the manufacture who drop ships your order. In certain situations, our order verifying process can delay your order from shipping. Please be sure to include accurate information when you are placing your order so if need be we can contact you at the information listed in an attempt to get your order out the same day (if in-stock within our warehouse).

If you feel your package was misdelivered you can contact our customer service team and we can coordinate with the package handling service to initiate a lost package investigation. If the package handling service is unable to locate the package or provides documentation that the package was delivered to the correct address it is at the sole discretion of Rachany as to the resolution, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the lost package investigation.
